Cancellation Policy

Thank you for supporting Jireh Generation, a faith-based youth and young adult ministry. We are committed to offering meaningful experiences, events, and resources that support spiritual growth and community building. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before making any purchases or event registrations.

All purchases, donations, event registrations, and payments made through Jireh Generation are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Conference or event registration fees
   
• Donations or love offerings
   
• Workshop or class fees
   
• Digital or physical product purchases
   

Once a payment is processed, it is final and will not be refunded for any reason, including personal schedule conflicts, illness, or travel issues.

If you need to cancel your attendance at an event or program:

• You are welcome to notify us so we can plan accordingly
   
• However, your cancellation does not qualify for a refund, partial refund, or credit toward a future event
   

In rare cases, we may cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens:

• We will notify all registrants as soon as possible
   
• We may offer an alternative date or virtual option where possible
   
• Refunds will not be issued, but we may provide credit toward a future ministry event at our discretion
   

All digital resources (including PDFs, videos, devotionals, or media downloads) are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
